Returning families: here is what changed.
The new structure creates an age appropriate entry point for older beginners without interrupting the progress of returning students.
Age determines the starting group. Readiness determines advancement.
Jumpstart provides an early childhood introduction for ages 4 – 6. Junior Foundations serves ages 7 – 11, while Teen Foundations gives middle and high school students ages 12 – 17 an age appropriate place to train. Both Foundations programs welcome brand new students and returning students from our former Basics Level 2 program. Higher level programs like Intermediate and Advanced are available for eligible students.
Choose the correct program for your new or returning child. Coaches will provide the appropriate progressions based on experience and readiness.
Full season students receive more.
Full season registration includes benefits that support more training throughout the session.

Jumpstart
An early childhood introduction to parkour and movement. Students develop coordination, balance, safe landing habits, confidence, and class participation through structured games and age appropriate skill progressions.
Junior Foundations
Junior Foundations is for both brand new students and returning students from our former Basics Level 2 program. New students begin with introductory skills, while experienced students continue with more challenging variations, combinations, and movement lines.
Teen Foundations
Teen Foundations gives middle and high school students an age appropriate place to begin parkour or continue developing established skills. A brand new teen and a returning student from Basics can train together while receiving different progressions based on experience and readiness.
Intermediate
Intermediate is for students who have established a strong technical foundation and are ready for more demanding movement. Training includes refined vaulting, climb ups, safe falling, bar and rail work, dynamic combinations, and structured flip progressions.
Advanced
Advanced students train with greater independence, creativity, and technical demand. For Fall, the curriculum will also incorporate material from Styles, including additional work on flips, tricking, freerunning, expressive combinations, and athlete selected movement goals alongside high level precision, rail work, and complex ascents and descents.
Styles Program
Styles will pause as a separate Wednesday program for the Fall season. Its specialized material is being merged into Advanced so students can continue training flips, tricking, freerunning, creative movement combinations, and individual goals within Superhuman’s highest level program.
