For new students!
Our introductory parkour classes offer a welcoming, structured way for kids to explore movement while feeling safe, supported, and confident. We introduce the fundamentals through game-centric challenges, creative problem-solving, and team-building activities that make learning fun and engaging. Small class sizes ensure every child receives personal attention and clear, consistent guidance from our professional coaches.

Students learn essential movement skills—proper jumping and landing, safe falling techniques, balance fundamentals, and playful introductions to flips—using our youth-friendly parkour structures, pads, trampoline, foam pit, and spring floor. It’s the perfect place for kids to start building confidence, coordination, and a love for movement.

Ages 7 – 13

SPRING, March 2 – May 21
▫ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
▫ 4:00 – 5:00pm
▫ 10 Students, max per class

Parkour Basics is where students begin to see their hard work pay off. After mastering the introductory skills, they enter a level that challenges them a bit more while recognizing how far they’ve come. Here, we expand on the fundamentals with focused practice in coordination, precision, technique, and safe falling—all in a supportive environment filled with peers who share their enthusiasm.

Students continue to sharpen essential skills like proper jumping and landing, balance control, vaults, and injury-prevention falls. As they demonstrate consistency and confidence, they begin exploring early flip progressions, palm spins, and beginner tricking techniques. This level builds momentum—kids feel proud of what they’ve achieved and excited about what they’re now capable of learning.

Students will be routinely assessed for advancement into the Level 3, Intermediate program. This typically requires two or more seasons of dedicated practice, dependant on frequency of committment.

Level 3 | Intermediate
Ages 9 – 15

SPRING, March 2 – May 21
▫ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
▫ 5:00 – 6:00pm
▫ 12 Students, max per class

Our Intermediate program is designed for students who have truly embraced parkour and are ready for a deeper level of commitment. At this stage, athletes begin to understand themselves as movers—how their bodies respond, how to manage risk, and how to stay fully focused as skills become more technical. Technique, form, mobility, and safe falling are emphasized heavily to ensure every student builds a strong foundation before taking flips from the trampoline to the spring floor or even to harder surfaces.

Students develop more advanced movement patterns, including variations of wall climbs, vaults, precisions, rail work, and laches (bar swings). They also begin cultivating aerial awareness through controlled progressions in backflips, frontflips, and other dynamic movements—always introduced with safety, readiness, and consistency in mind.

Advanced students have earned a deep understanding of movement, spatial awareness, and self-regulation. They train with purpose, adapt quickly to new challenges, and begin to define their own movement style. This level emphasizes confronting challenges with composure and using creativity to build efficient, meaningful paths—skills that translate far beyond the gym.

Training includes advanced precision and rail work, complex ascents and descents, twisting flips, and tricking sequences, all performed with an emphasis on control, efficiency, and refinement.

By the time students master this level, they’ve grown into thoughtful, resilient movers who can tackle complex problems with creativity and purpose. They’ve learned to support others, take responsibility for their training, and lead by example. This maturity sets the stage for deeper expression in our Styles Program (see below) and strengthens their ability to positively impact the community around them.

Styles | Advanced Supplement
Ages Teen + Adult

SPRING, March 2 – May 21
▫ Wednesdays
▫ 4:30 – 6:00pm + Open Gym
▫ 8 Students, max per class

The Styles Program is our most advanced offering, designed for athletes who have mastered parkour fundamentals and move with confidence, control, and consistency. This is not where students learn parkour—it’s where they refine it to a point where flips, flow, and creativity become second nature. Athletes in this program elevate their skills beyond what they thought possible by exploring advanced flip variations, tricking elements, and freerunning lines that blend technique with expression.

Styles serves as a powerful supplement to our Advanced classes and offers preparation for both local and international movement events. Admission is reserved for students with a strong technical foundation and a proven ability to train responsibly. Experienced athletes from outside the school who demonstrate these qualities are also welcome to join.

At this stage, students have grown into confident, thoughtful leaders who move with purpose and creativity. They’ve developed the discipline to train independently, the maturity to mentor others, and the resilience to navigate complex challenges with composure. Their depth of skill allows them to express themselves through movement, and if they choose, to explore competitions or creative performance opportunities—but most importantly, they’ve become grounded, capable individuals both in and outside the gym.
