A clear path from first class to advanced movement.
Parkour is more than a sport. It’s a pathway for kids to discover who they are and what they are capable of. At Superhuman Academy, our youth parkour classes guide students from their first day in Jumpstart, up to our Advanced and Styles programs as they continue training.
Our structure is designed so students are placed by both age and experience. New students typically begin in Jumpstart, while Intermediate, Advanced, and Styles are skill-based programs for students who have demonstrated readiness.
Confidence
Students learn to approach challenges with patience and a stronger belief in themselves.
Coordination
Classes develop strength, resilience, and body awareness through jumping, landing, flipping, vaulting, climbing, and full body movement skills.
Progression
Each level gives students a clear path for growth while keeping training safe and age appropriate.
Full session students receive more.
Students enrolled for the full session receive priority registration, half off Open Gyms, and 10% off apparel.

Jumpstart Level 1 is the main entry point for new students. Students then progress into Basics Level 2, Intermediate Level 3, Advanced Level 4, and Styles as they demonstrate readiness.
Jumpstart | Level 1
Jumpstart is our introductory class for new students. Students are introduced to parkour through structured and gamified activities, engaging lesson plans, balance and coordination challenges, safe landing techniques, and confidence building exercises. Our goal is to stay safe, have fun, and learn new skills!
Basics | Level 2
Basics is where students begin to see their hard work pay off. This level expands on the fundamentals with a focus on line development, precision challenges, ascending and descending techniques, early flip progressions, and beginner tricking techniques.
Intermediate | Level 3
Intermediate is for students who have built a strong foundation and are ready for a deeper commitment. Athletes develop refined technique, optimized mobility, safe falling, climb ups, explosive vaults, bar and rail work, backflips, frontflips, and other dynamic movement progressions.
Advanced | Level 4
Advanced students train with purpose, adapt quickly to new challenges, and begin defining their movement style. Training includes high level precision and rail work, complex ascents and descents, twisting flips, tricking sequences, and creative movement lines. Students at this level are invited to join our Styles program to further develop their flipping and tricking repertoire.
Styles
Styles is a supplement to the Advanced program for students who especially want to focus on flips, tricking, freerunning, and expressive movement lines. Admission is reserved for students with a strong technical foundation and responsible training habits.
