Parkour Supercamp

Flagship • Most well rounded

Our longest running and most well rounded camp, Supercamps are the complete experience. Students train at our state of the art parkour facility, then take their skills outdoors for real world exposure and a new perspective they can apply anywhere they go. This camp meets students where they are, whether it’s their first time training parkour or they’ve been with us for years. If you want the most balanced option for skill building, friendships, and confidence, this is it.

Each week is packed with movement, exploration, and problem solving, making Supercamp a great fit for new and returning athletes.

  • Activities include: skills rotations in jumping, dropping and landing techniques, obstacle challenges, climbing and balance work, trampoline skills from intro to advanced flips, outdoor rotations, creative movement challenges, and parkour based games.
  • What a day looks like: group warm up and a movement game, then skill rotations that build step by step, rest breaks every 40 to 45 minutes for snacks and hydration, and a group game plus stretch to wrap up at the end of each day.
  • Grouping: students are grouped by age, experience, or friend groups so everyone feels supported and appropriately challenged.

These themed camps are perfect for students who want a focused week. Each camp has a distinct style, from flipping and tricking skills, to strategy and adventure, to game based parkour. All themed camps are held indoors at our school.

Flips & Tricks Camp

Most advanced and popular

Built for students who want to develop and push their skills, build confidence in the air, and learn how to move with control and style. We added an additional session last summer and both sold out, so we recommend registering early.

Using our setup, including trampoline, foam pit, spring floor, and mini tramp, students follow safe progressions that meet them at their level, then steadily raise the challenge all week.

  • Skills may include: front and back flips, twisting flips, aerials, and raiz variations
  • Wall skills: palm spins, wall flips, and more
  • Flow: combining skills into smooth freerunning lines
  • Coaching emphasis: technique, spotting, and risk assessment

Ninja Nerf Adventure

NEW for 2026

A fast paced, high energy camp for kids who love movement, strategy, and adventure. Ninja Nerf blends the excitement of Nerf battles with ninja themes and parkour skills, creating action packed challenges.

  • Start with parkour and ninja skills rotations like climbing, vaulting, weaving, rolling, dodging, and efficient obstacle movement
  • Then apply skills to adventure based Nerf scenarios that reward speed, strategy, teamwork, and creative problem solving
  • We provide the gear: blasters, foam rounds, goggles, and safety equipment
  • Beyond battles: obstacle courses, time trials, and movement challenges

This camp is all about movement through play. It’s great for kids who thrive in a social, high energy environment where parkour skills are learned and applied through games, challenges, and friendly competition.

Campers rotate with their groups through games and challenges designed around movement, creativity, and teamwork.

Games Camp is especially great for younger students, first time parkour campers, and kids who learn best when skills are woven into play. Because it has sold out these past two years, we’ve added an additional week. We recommend registering early to secure a spot.

Aftercamp Activities (Optional Add On)

The fun doesn’t have to stop at noon. Aftercamp is a relaxed add on where students socialize, put their new skills to use, and stay active in a lower key setting.

Cancellations & Commitment

Our camps operate with limited enrollment and often sell out. Registrations may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Early registrations may be cancelled or converted to account credit through April 1. After April 1, cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the camp start date are subject to a $75 cancellation fee per camp week, regardless of whether the morning camp, aftercamp, or both are included. The remaining balance will be issued as a partial refund or program credit.



Late Cancellations, Absences & Emergencies

Because staffing and headcount are finalized in advance, no refunds or credits can be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date, or for missed days due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts. In the case of a serious medical or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.



Closures & Questions

If a camp is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, families will be offered a credit or refund option. If you have questions about these policies, please contact us before registering at [email protected]. General inquiries may also be directed to 720-505-3775. What ages are these camps for?

These camps are designed for ages 5–17. No prior parkour experience is required. Campers are grouped by age and experience so beginners feel supported and more advanced kids stay challenged.

Are your camps indoors, outdoors, or both?

All camps are based at our indoor facility. Supercamps also include outdoor rotations. If there’s poor weather or wildfire smoke, the day can remain indoors.

What are the camp hours and what does a typical day look like?

Most morning camps run 9:00 – 12:00pm with breaks every 40–45 minutes for snacks and hydration. Aftercamp (optional) runs 12:00 – 3:00pm. Each day includes a warmup game, skill rotations, coached progressions, and a group activity plus stretch to finish.

What should my child bring to camp?

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a clean pair of athletic shoes, a water bottle, and snacks. If your child is attending Aftercamp, pack a lunch as well.
