PARKOUR CLASS | 9:00 – 10:00am
New students welcome! These classes are an excellent option for trying out the program or as an addition to weekday sessions. Classes are taught by our head coaches with assistance from student coaches. Students will learn introductory to more advanced parkour skills as well as enjoy the spring floor, loose foam pit and high performance trampoline. Every class ends with an awesome game!

YOUTH OPEN GYM | 10:00 – 11:30am
Open gyms are a great supplement to parkour classes, as well as an opportunity to train with professional oversight. Students will be able to move about and explore the gym on their own and go at their own pace. New students are required to attend a parkour class before joining their first open gym session to learn how to move safely, keep others safe, and get the most out of our facility.
