Each camp begins with a fun warmup and group game before students split into smaller groups based on age and experience. Our coaches lead guided parkour skill rotations, teaching everything from foundational movements to more advanced parkour and flipping progressions.

Every skill is taught with a strong emphasis on proper form, safety, and risk assessment so kids can build confidence while learning to move safely.
