For new students! This program is designed to familiarize students with the fundamentals in addition to our facility and coaching style, all with a multitude of game-centric exercises, challenges, and team building opportunities. We keep class sizes small to promote active listening as well as stellar supervision from coaching staff. With safety our top priority and having fun our goal, this program is an exciting way to get started!
Students will learn proper jumping and landing technique, falling to prevent injury, balancing basics, and introductions to low level flips, all between our youth oriented parkour structures and pads, trampoline, foam pit, and spring floor.
Full Season Pricing
Students will be routinely assessed for advancement into the Level 2, Basics program and/or older age groups. This typically requires a full season or two of dedicated practice, dependant on frequency of committment.
Ages 7 – 13

Our Parkour Basics program delves deeper into the foundations of the discipline. These classes review the fundamentals with a detailed focus on body coordination and posture, movement technique, and variations in falling. Students learn these movements all while building strength, confidence, and camaraderie with their peers in an exciting environment.
Examples of learned movements include jumping and landing properly, falling to prevent injury, balance training, vaulting and more. As students demonstrate these basic movements, they’ll have the opportunity to begin training for front flips, palm spins, and tricking forms.
Full Season Pricing
Students will be routinely assessed for advancement into the Level 3, Intermediate program. This typically requires two or more seasons of dedicated practice, dependant on frequency of committment.
Ages 9 – 15

Our Intermediate program builds on the fundamentals by adding an element of self understanding. This awareness requires focus and full attention which are absolutely crucial to progress. At this stage, technique, form, and mobility are high priority. Students will become familiar with their limitations as they seek new challenges.
Examples of learned movements include variations of Wall Climbs, Vaults, Precisions, Rail-Work, and Laches (bar swings) plus developing an understanding of aerial awareness in Backflips, Frontflips, and more for our experienced athletes.

Students will be routinely assessed for advancement into the Level 4, Advanced program. This typically requires a year or more of dedicated practice, dependant on frequency of committment.
Ages 13 – 18

As students progress, creativity and quick-wit will help them through problems and challenges to successfully move from A to B and everything in between. Students will be prepared to formulate their own paths and approach their fears head on. These lessons may prove valuable in tackling other obstacles, like academics, athletics and other daily encounters.
Examples of learned movements include variations in Precision/Rail work, Ascents, Descents, plus Twisting Flips and Tricking, with an emphasis on efficiency.
Full Season Pricing
As students progress within this level, they may be encouraged to join our Styles Program (see below). Their experiences within these higher levels can provide support for opportunities in coaching, stunt performance, competition, and filmography to name a few.
Ages Teen + Adult
Winter, December 4 – February 26

Prereqs: Advanced Level. Flips on flat, Parkour proficient.
Led by elite athlete and Coach, Jayden Harris, our Styles program introduce athletes to advanced variations of flips and tricks and how to implement these movements into freerunning lines. This is a great supplement to our general weekday Advanced class program, as well as in preparation for competition. Our Advanced level students and any athlete (even outside the school) with a solid foundation of flips and parkour are welcome to join us for this program!

With their understanding of parkour, flips, and tricks the students at this level can train in preparation for local, regional, and national competitions. Their experiences within these higher levels can provide support for opportunities in coaching, stunt performance, competition, and filmography to name a few.
